F001A Octagonal Glass Showcase with Cast Iron Base -

This is an octagon shaped showcase that is supported by a cast iron pedestal base. There is oak wood between the glass windows. The case will hold two adjustable shelves. Measures 70" Height 28" diameter. There is a brass tag on the showcase that reads; 'J.E. Nelson Mfg. Co. Chicago'. What an excellent showcase to display items in that can be seen from all sides. My photos are blurred on this showcase. The piece is very clear and sharp looking in real life. This show case almost has a eastlake design appearance with the carved or turned finials on the top. We do not know what old country store this would have originally been in. - $4,750
