G637 Pickard Coffee Pot - artist Hessler

- This is a beautiful artist signed piece of Pickard. The artist is Robert Hessler 1902 +. (Note his signature done in gold right next to the handle. This coffee pot is beautifully hand painted with leaves and lots of gold. On the bottom is the 'Hand painted Pickard China' signature, along with a green 'Vienna Austria' marking. There is a 2 1/2" opening on the top, where the lid rests. 7 3/4" high to the top of the handle, 8 3/4" wide from the handle to the tip of the spout. Approximately a 5" diameter coffee pot than narrows as you descend down to the base. All original, no repairs, no cracks, and no chips. The gold has minor wear on the spout tip, and on the top of the handle, I still call it excellent condition, because the gold is so lightly worn. This is a great piece of Pickard! - SOLD
