G908  Cut Glass Pitcher made by the Hoare Co.  

This 'Hoare Co.' cut glass pitcher is signed with a circle 'Hoare Co. - Corning' signature and in the inside of the circle is also the date of 1853. This pitcher is from the Brilliant American Period. It measures 9 3/4" in height, and is 5 3/4" in diameter on the bottom and at the top opening it is 3" in diameter. This pitcher is all original, no repairs, no cracks, and no chips. The condition of this pitcher is excellent it doesn't have all the dings which you see so often in old pieces of cut glass. There is just a very few dings but I still think that the condition is so much better than most pieces of old cut glass that I see. This is a great piece of early cut glass that would make an excellent addition to any collection. -SOLD
