M318B  Arts & Crafts Mission Light Fixture Chandelier & matching Sconces

Exceptional find this is a very detailed and hand forged hanging ceiling light fixture chandelier with matching pair of wall sconces all done in the arts and crafts design. This fixture is a combination of metals, some parts being brass and the entire fixture has an exceptional patina with a green and black blotched tone for the color. The top ceiling mount measures 6 1/4" x 6 1/4", this extends downward to the square frame that is 14" x 14". Notice that on the top side of this square there is placement for two light bulbs which will cast downward a soft light through the caramel slag glasses right below the bulbs. There is four hooks that extend outward from this square that support the four lantern type shades. The arms extend out 6 1/2". Each of the shades are 5" x 5" and 10" high. The shades are encircled with original caramel swirled slag glass inserts. 
A unique feature on this fixture is the medieval faces that are hand forged into this fixture on the four corners of the square frame. Above the knight type faces inscribed in the metal is the following Latin phrase. 'Invino Veritas'. This phrase translates, 'In wine there is truth'. (Wine loosens the tongue - When a person is under the influence of wine he shows himself in his true colors.).
The corresponding wall sconces measure 5" x 5" and hang down 10". Each has an acorn pull chain. The wall mounts on these scones measures 4" x 4".
