Simply outstanding! This is a lovely 9.8MM White spinel gem stone that is very eye catching on this 10 karat gold pin. There is even a locking mechanism on this gold pin that secures the stick pin portion to be in a locked position. Lapel pin or tie clasp? Notice the second bend in the locking mechanism as if to attach and secure it's self to a man's tie. I could sure this this pin working as a tie clasp. This is an outstanding piece of marked, '10K' gold that would be sure to be a highlight to any fine antique jewelry collection. The size of the stone is 7/16" in diameter, and the length of the pin is 2 1/4" long. The pin is still stored in it's original felt lined storage case.
