F055C  Fancy Oak Parlor Ice Box - Quaker City

This rare Victorian Parlor Ice Box was made so you could have ice water "on tap". This is made of solid oak. Note the fancy cast brass hardware, decorated carvings and the shelf with a beveled mirror. The top of the ice box lids still have an original paper label that reads Quaker City Refrigerator and gives seven steps to care for this ice box. W. E. Hall & Co. manufactures Philadelphia. Measures 62" Height, 24 3/4" Width and 17 1/2" Depth. The height to the top of the lids is 35". Came from the estate Florence Gulbranson from Brookings South Dakota. - $4,250.
