(click on pictures to get better view then click on back button to return) F073C Mission Oak Rocking ChairThis is a nice old mission style rocker. The rocking chair is in the original finish. This chair is made with solid quarter sawn oak. There are four flat spindles under each arm and four in the back. The spring seat has been recovered at one time. The front chair post are supported with corbels on the side and mortise and tendon joint with the arm. Circa 1910. Measures 34" Height, 20" width between arms, seat is 21" depth and the height of seat from the floor is 16". We acquired this rocking chair at a local auction held here in south central Nebraska of WILLIAM H. & CHARLENE MILLER ESTATES of Grand Island, Nebraska -This family had run the Rainbow Bakery. - SOLD |
