F287B Primitive Pine Cob Box Folk Art
What a story this old pine cob box could tell! Just look at the character and uniqueness of this folk art box. This box came from out of a home in Kansas. The construction of this box is very crude and one of a kind. Look at the handles on the bottom portion of this cob box, it would appear as if the bottom was originally a wooden crate that someone then extended the sides up. The box measures 22" wide, 26 1/2" high, and 15 1/2" deep. This is truly one of a kind primitive cob box, that has been constructed from materials that were accessible and left over items that someone used to modify this box to become the purposeful item of a cob box. - $225.
