F472B  Oak Treadle New Home Sewing Machine Cabinet

This is an exceptional all original condition and complete treadle type sewing machine that was made by the maker, 'New Home'. Notice the signature on both the oak cabinet as well as the machine it's self. The cabinet has four storage drawers filled with sewing notions, and the sewing machines attachments. Notice the scrolling gingerbread along with the quarter sawn oak wood that make this piece very beautiful. The cabinet measures 31" high, is 34" wide by 19" deep. When the door is swung open the total width is almost 50" wide. The sewing machine as a floral pattern very brightly decorated and has an impressed number, '2928591' - 'Orange, Mass.'. Circa 1900's. This machine was purchased in the Norfolk, Nebraska area from a local family. - SOLD
