F489C Large Oak Antique File Cabinet - Amberg 1906
This is a unique unit of three sectionals of oak file cabinets that connect together to make one large unit. This filing unit was made by 'Amberg File and Index Co. 438 - 452 Fulton St. Chicago, Illinois - patented Aug. 28, 1906'. Notice that each unit is signed 'Amberg' in gold lettering on the front of the sectionals. As a complete unit the file cabinet measures 48" wide, 53 1/2" high, and 28 1/4" deep. Note that two of the units have 4 drawers apiece and the interior measurements of those eight drawers are 12" wide, 11" high. The third unit has five drawers so the interior measurements are a little smaller and they are 10" high by 8" wide. Good all original condition on this file cabinet. This would be a unique and exciting piece to add to your own office collection of antique furniture. - SOLD
