F606B Cast Iron Shaving Stand
This is a very unusual iron shaving stand. The cast iron is plated with nickel. The oval beveled mirror measures 15" x 10 1/2" and is adjustable in a variety of ways including the height . When you flip the mirror over there is another mirror that magnifies for a close up. The barrel cylinder shaped storage compartment is covered with wood and will rotate to the side to get into. The compartments are 6 1/2" diameter. The back of the mirror is made of mahogany wood. The height in the photo is 64" and will adjust lower or higher. Circa 1900. - $1450.
