G125B  Fancy Slag Glass Lamp with Overlay Design

Exceptional! And Breath Taking! This top of the line all original old slag glass table lamp is highly decorated with a detailed overlay design that includes cupids and a background with swags with a floral motif. Notice the six deep curved caramel swirled colored panels that decorate the top of this shade giving an extended overhang and a majestic and impressive appeal to this lamp. Notice also that the base of this lamp is just as highly decorated as the top shade with the same decorating theme in overlay designs and soft caramel and blue colors and the base is a lighted base giving a soft added glow to your room. This lamp is signed on the bottom and it reads, 'N.W. Art Shade Co. - Chicago'. This particular lamp came from out of the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. A beautiful and well built lamp that measures 20 3/4" wide and stands to the top of the majestic finial 29 1/2" high. The base has a 10" diameter structure and notice the fancy scrolling designs in the metalwork of the base that compliments nicely with the overlay sway designs. You might want to put a different electric cord on this lamp if you were planning on burning it for any length of time as the original cord does show deterioration. - SOLD
