G155C Faboulous Victorian Brides Bowl with Cupids - Silver Plated Art Glass
Wonderful example of Victoriana, the gorgeous cased pink satin bowl has a ruffled edge that has a crimppled border, with 10 shaped panels that have painted decorated enamel design. This large bowl sits on a silver plated footed stand that is highly decorated with birds and flowers and the two large cupids or cherubs sitting on the base. The foot is stamped and reads Meridian Silverplate company #1609. The diameter of this beautiful bowl is 14" diameter and is 14 3/4" Height. Circa 1880's. This bowl came from the estate of Justin Hall of Hendersonville, Tennesse who had a wonderful collection. - $Inquire Christmas Sale Price $4800.
