G162B #4 Red Wing Stoneware Butter Churn Ski mark
This is the hard to find #4 Red Wing butter churn all complete with a wooden dasher, and original lid. However, what is unusual about this churn is that the Red Wing is located towards the bottom of this churn and the Red Wing Co. oval is located in the middle and it has the 'Ski' signature. The oval emblem signature reads, 'Red Wing Union Stoneware Co. - Red Wing Minn.'. The lid is an old original lid, and this churn is in excellent all original condition with no cracks, or chips. This churn has been hand turned is what an avid collector of Red Wing told me, and that this is a nice feature to have. I will take photos and then hopefully you can see this for yourselves.
The churn measures 15 1/2" high the diameter of the top is 9 1/2". If you collect Red Wing then you will not want to miss this unusual 'ski' marked Red Wing #4 butter churn and add it to your own personal collection.
