G324B Kewpie Child's Bowl Rose O'Neill Wilson

Absolutely darling Rose O'Neill child's dinner bowl in a green foliage background measuring 7 3/4" in diameter. It's marked Royal Rudolstadt and Rose O'Neill Wilson dating from the early 1900's. It was produced in Germany lovingly decorated with Kewpie decals on hand painted porcelain backgrounds. This piece looks like it was hardly ever used as there's no wear on the paint. There's one Kewpie decal that has an imperfection on the top of it's head, see photos, but that was normal for these highly produced porcelain items. And this imperfection is original to this bowl. The condition is excellent, and this bowl would be sure to be a highlight in any Kewpie collection. - Price $340.
