G401A Bavaria Nursery Rhyme Baby Feeding Dish

This baby feeding dish has outstanding detailed pictures of Nursery Rhyme characters. The nursery rhymes depicted are Hey Diddle Diddle, The cat and the fiddle, Jack & Jill went up the Hill, and Little Bo Peep. Around the top edge there is also ten animals or coordinating prints. This dish measures 7 1/2" diameter and the edges are just a little under 1 1/2" high. This feeding dish is marked with the blue 'Schumann Bavaria' signature and symbol. This is one of the nicest children feeding dishes that I have seen. Notice the nice molded rings around the edge of the dish, and just having so many transfer prints and nursery rhymes makes this plate so attractive. Condition is all original, dish is has no cracks, there is one chip on the outside lower edge that we have taken a close up photo of for you to see. This chip measures just a little over 1/2" long. Still a very great signed feeding dish, and with the chip being on the outside and on the bottom rim, this imperfection does not distract from the high quality of this dish. You won't want to miss adding this plate to your own personal collection. - SOLD
