G456B  Amberina Cruet Clear Ribbed Handle

Beautiful inverted thumbprint amberina cruet with clear ribbed goose neck applied handle. Nice ground pontil on bottom. Yellow glass stopper tops off this beautiful cruet that dates to the 1880 to 1890 time period. Measures 7" high to the top of the stopper and the base has a diameter of 3 1/2". Excellent all original condition. Note how the inverted thumbprint texture changes at the neck of the cruet into an exterior vertical impressed design. One can feel this texture when rubbing your finger across the glass. This is a beautiful piece of Amberina glass that you will enjoy adding to your own personal collections. -SOLD
