G514B Rookwood Pottery Ewer Artist Signed
Beautiful Rookwood ewer with dandelion flowers painted on the bottom portion. The brown background colors of the Rookwood vase with the green and yellow of the dandelion flowers makes a beautiful color combination. This ewer measures 9 3/4" high and the base at the largest portion measures 6 1/2" diameter. This ewer is artist signed by the Rookwood artist Sallie Toohey, notice her signature on the bottom of the ewer. This ewer dates 1898 according to the dating system of the 'RP' signature on the bottom and the 11 flames that encircle the mark. She was with Rookwood from 1887 to 1931.
