M022C Toledo Scales Tin Adv Sign w Wood Frame
This all original old tin advertising sign is framed in a wood frame. The sign reads, 'Our Weighing Service is rendered by Toledo Scales - No Springs - Honest Weight'. The frame measures 17 1/2" x 11 1/4". Notice in the lower left hand corner this sign reads, 'Copyright 1923 by Toledo Scale Company'. The thick paper backing on this sign has information from the Toledo Scale Company for businesses to hang this sign in their store to inform customers of the reliability of Toledo Scales. Notice that this sign was manufactured by The Massillon-Cleveland-Akron Sign Co. - Massillon, Ohio'. Good original condition on this sign. The finish on the wooden frame does show some wear is all. - $195.
