M159A Great Oak Music Stand 

- This is a wonderful Music Stand. The base to the stand is cast iron and the oak shelf is very neatly carved. The carving depicts a musical theme with a harp and open sheets of written music all done with a scrolling floral design in the background. The shelf is easily adjusted to any angle and also to any height. The oak shelf is two inches deep and it is grooved to hold your sheets of music in place. The wood is quarter sawn oak, still in it's original finish. The cast iron stand is signed in the iron in raised letters with the following signature; 'HALLBORGHER DRESS FORM CO. - New York - Chicago'. Notice that the ends of the cast iron stand are in the shape of claw feet. This is a beautiful piece and if you enjoy playing a musical instrument then this piece would be a must for you to add to own collection. - $1,575
