M180C Utensil Universal Vegetable Slicer
This large kitchen utensil has embossed on the side the following information: 'Universal Vegetable Slicer - Pat. Apld. For - Made in USA - Landers, Frary & Clark - New Britain, Conn. U.S.A.'. On the opposite side it reads, 'Pat. Nov. 13, 1900'. Notice the hinged metal door for pushing the food through the slicer, as one turns the crack with the opposite hand. This piece measures approximately 13 1/2" high and has an opening for cutting that is a 5" diameter. If you collect cast iron kitchen collectibles this is a unique piece and it is exciting to have the patent date. - $265.
