M217A   Rare 28" Double Wheel Coffee Grinder Star 

Wow! This has to be the largest counter top coffee mill with it's 28" Diameter wheels. This cast iron coffee grinder has very good original paint. This Star mill grinder was made by Troemner this model has the cast iron hopper. Measures 41" Height, 18 1/2" Depth. We acquired this grinder from a man in the Rosalie, Nebraska area. This grinder was used in the Thompson Mercantile Store, in Bancroft, Nebraska. This grinder would have been in usage in the mercantile before 1900. The coffee mill has been in storage the last 40 years since the mercantile has been closed. This is a great all original double wheel coffee grinder and it is an extra bonus to know the history of where this piece was used!
