M242C Jiffy-Way Egg Scale
Original vintage egg scale that is signed by it's maker. 'Jiffy-Way Incorporated Owatonna, Minn. World's Largest Mfg's. of Egg Scales' Patent Number 2205917'. This scale will grade the eggs from 'Small' to 'Extra Large'. A small egg weighing up to 1 3/4 oz. While an extra large egg goes up to 2 1/2 oz. Good all original condition this scale measures 8" x 2 7/8". The highest point is the egg holder which stands 5 1/2" high. Circa 1940. - $125.
