This is a very rare porcelain pedestal Child's Barber Chair with a wood carved horse head that adjusts to different heights. This chair is made by The Eugene Berninghaus Co. Manufactures of Professional Barber Chairs Cincinnati, Ohio U.S.A. The hydraulics of the chair works allowing the chair to be raised in height and rotating freely. Measures 43" in the lowest position and 48" in the heightest. Seat is 12 1/2" Width and 11 1/2" Depth.
