M369B  Cast Iron Challenger Arrow Windmill Weight

This all original cast iron windmill weight is known as the Challenger arrow. This windmill weight measures 30" long, is 14 1/2" high, and is just 1 1/2" deep. The extra cast iron rod measures 6 feet long. Embossed letters on this windmill weight reads, 'Challenge Co. - Batavia, Ill.' On the opposite side it reads, 'Challenge Co. - Batavia - Ill. 10 ft. - 1719'. Excellent all original condition on this guaranteed old windmill weight. This piece is marked as part. No. 1719 and it would have been on a Challenge Vane less mill 10 ft.. This weight weighs 45 pounds, although some of the weight would be the extra rod. - $1795.
