P052B  Found Print St. Bernard Dog in Oak Frame

This print depicts a St. Bernard dog that has 'Found' a small girl beside the water's edge. In the background one can see the ocean with ships. The scene of the child being protected in the front paws of this large St. Bernard dog is a touching scene. Excellent all original condition on both the print and frame of this combination. In the lower right hand corner of this print impressed into the print there is the following information: ' Horace K. Turner Co. - Boston, Mass.'. The quarter sawn oak frame measures 32 1/2" x 25". Beautiful oak wood and notice how this frame has been constructed with the raised edges on both the outer and inside edges which makes for a beautiful look. This particular 'Found' print was displayed in the Methodist church in Norfolk, Nebraska, and in fact it was bought from this church when they made it available for sale.
