P127B   3 Oval Frame Cupid Prints Attached

This is a very special and touching Cupid Awake and Cupid Asleep print because of the third print in the middle which is that of a young mother with her baby held contently to her breast. The frames are just each 3" by 2 1/4" done in the very popular Ohio art frames. So together as the frames are attached the total length is 7" wide and then again the frames are just 3" high. Copyright 1897 -by M.B. Parkinson'. Both of the cupid prints are signed with the information above. The middle print does appear that there might be a signature however the frame covers it up and I did not want to remove the print from it's original frame. On the backside of the prints someone has written the following history in regards to these prints over the years, 'Christmas 1916 To: Jolene? From Emily? The names are difficult to read and the last names are there I just can not make them out legibly. If you collect cupid prints this is a great find and what an exciting addition it would make to your collection. - SOLD
