P147B Victorian Walnut Frame Scenic Painting

This is an early Victorian walnut frame with decorative notched carving around the raised outer edges. The frame measures 17" x 15 1/2", and the edges are raised 2" high. The painting on board depicts a mountain scene with four head of cattle resting on the side of the waters edge. On the backside of this print there is an original label that reads, 'The Lake of the Four Cantons - Published by W.L. Greene & Co. - Office of the Congregationalist - No. 1 Somerset Street, Boston'. This frame and painting make a nice combination and you will not want to miss adding this to your own personal antique print collections. - $195.
