P148B Evening Song Old Lithograph Print
This lithograph depicts a little girl that is mesmerized by the singing song of a little bird. In the bottom of the print there is a little poem that reads, 'The Evening Song - Oh, What art thou singing? It speaks to my soul me thinks I could tell thee the words of thy lay. Pure pleasure and gratitude beam through the whole and the summer eve's zephyr conveys it away. - Edmestone'. In the lower right hand corner this lithograph is signed, 'Copyright H. Hallett & Co. - 1880' and in the lower left hand corner it reads, 'Published by H. Hallett & Co. - Portland, Maine'. The frame measures 11 1/2" x 15 1/2". Very good all original condition.
