Antique Cast Iron Match Holder

This is a decorative cast iron Match Holder. C. Parker Pat May 3 1876. C. Parker is Charles Parker of Parker Shotguns. This match holder is nickel plated with good old patina with embossed scroll design on the front. The hinged door over the match holding compartment is marked “C. Parker Pat. Sept. 14, 1869 May 3 1870”. the hinged door functions perfectly. It measures 4″ wide and 5 3/4″ tall.
