Here is a rare piece of furniture for us to find. The quarter sawn oak gun cabinet is in remarkable original finish, with a key that locks the doors. This cabinet provides display for five special guns in your collection, with many drawers for ammunition and accessories. In addition, there is extra storage for pistols and other small arms as well. Note the unusual folding loading table that has been crafted to be very heavy duty, as it was meant for use! There is a brass presentation plaque that reads: R. T. Hardy by Middlesex Sportsmen’s Ass’n 1905.This fine quarter sawn oak cabinet measures 74″ Height,36″ wide and 13″ depth. The back has an ink stamp in excellent condition that reads, “Manufactured by Henry C. Squires & Son Cortlandt St. – New York Patent July 25, 1893.
