Antique Primitive Old Wooden Hand Carved Shovel Scoop

What a remarkable early example of a primitive hand carved shovel. From the wonderful patina that is on this piece to the rugged edge that shows the usage that this piece has had this is a fine example of an early American primitive. Measures 36″ long is 11″ wide across the shovel portion. Note the backside of the shovel and how it has been carved flat to slide along the surface to scoop items up. Again a great early primitive find! –
