The back of the scooter says: Licensed by Famous Artists Syndicate MARX Chicago USA. Smitty could be removed from his scooter The foot will slide into the slot on the scooter. He rolls in a large circle when wound up and put on a smooth floor. Measures 6″ length, 3″ depth and 8″ height. Circa 1925.
