Q027B Broken Star Carpenters Wheel Pieced Quilt

What an amazing piece of art work. This quilt has hundreds of pieces each carefully cut and stitched into place. The quilt’s stitching is around 8-9 stitches per inch. This quilt's pattern is called the Broken Star or Carpenter’s Wheel pierced quilt. As you can see the quilt uses yellow, two shades of pink, green, and white throughout the quilt. There is some discoloration on the quilt which can be seen in the pictures however this quilt hasn’t been washed and these marks might be able to be removed. The quilt measures 86” by 86”. Originally this quilt was from the Gertrude Browing estate in Holt County Missouri. - SOLD
