T003B Cast Iron Arcade Yellow Cab Toy 1940's
This is a nice all original old Cast Iron signed, 'Arcade' toy that came from a local estate auction right here in the state of Nebraska at the town of Beatrice. Notice on the inside body of this cast iron toy the signed in raised letters, 'Made in USA - Arcade' - there is also a paper label on the inside of this toy that reads, 'An Arcade Toy- Made in USA'. Notice all four wheels are marked with raised lettering and they read, 'Arcade Baxlloon' - '30 X 5.25'. The diameter of the wheels is 1 1/4". The car measures 8 1/4" in length and stands 2 3/4" high and is 2 3/4" wide. Nice old paint and excellent original condition on this 1940's circa Yellow Cab Arcade toy. Notice all the nice extra castings that this car has, the taxi sign on car's top and lights with sun roof like top. There is the front and rear grills along with the license plates molding. This is an exceptional piece that you will not want to miss adding to your own personal cast iron Arcade toy collection. - SOLD
