T031B Gibbs Horse&Cart Paper over Wood Pull Toy

This is a nice old Gibbs pull toy that is very decorative and detailed with the paper over wood toy. This is a larger size of a Gibbs toy. The horse stands 8" high, and from the back of the wagon to the tip of the horse's nose it is 18" long. The widest point of the toy would be from wheel to wheel and this measures 5 1/4" wide. Notice the wooden wagon with the black pen strip around the edge on either side of the wagon and the word, 'Express' stenciled on this. On one side of the wagon there is some nail holes where the side has been reattached, still very good condition on this wagon. The horse is still very detailed and all original with it's paper over wood and notice the original tin cut out legs, the thin cast iron wheels, and the metal ring around the horse's nose which would allow one to pull this toy.
