W029B Double Handle Metal Butter Churn Challenge
This double handled tin butter churn has it's original stenciled name on the wooden frame. This butter churn is called, 'The Challenge - Mfd. By the Abingdon Churn Co. - Abingdon, Illinois'. All the gears and spring mechanisms work with ease. The metal tin container measures 9 1/2" x 10" and it stands 13 1/2" high. To the top of the double handles this churn stands 30" high. At the bottom the wooden frame is 14 1/2" x 13". Notice the two white porcelain knobs on the two wooden lids. This is a great all original old butter churn. - $395.
