W076B  Napoleon Bike- Jenkins Man's Bicycle wood rims

This is an all original and very early man's bicycle that was made by the 'Napoleon - Jenkins Cycle Co. of Chicago'. Notice on the handle bars that there is a combination of iron and wood protectors, and also on the wheels the inside rims are wood as well. The wheels of this bike measure 26 1/2" in diameter. The handle bars are 19" wide and the height of the bike from the ground to the handle bars are 41" high. This is an early bike and notice the leather seat. This bike came from the Wagner, South Dakota area, and we purchased this bike from a gentleman in that area that has an avid antique collection and operates a radio & engine museum there. This company Napoleon- Jenkins Cycle Company, Chicago IL, was in business during the years 1895-1898. - SOLD
