W120C  Celluloid Box w/ China Shaving Mug and Brush

Victorian celluloid covered silk lined storage box complete with china shaving mug and shaving brush. The top of the box is decorated with a mother giving her young daughter a hug in her bed. The box is in somewhat of a heart shape and measures 3" high by 6" x 6 3/4" at the widest points. Small brass hook secures the box which is in very good all original condition. The china shaving mug is unmarked and has a floral transfer decoration on the side of the mug with gold highlights. The shaving brush has a wooden handle. The mug measures 2 1/4" high and has a diameter of approximately 3 1/4". The brush measures 4 1/4" long. If you collect early shaving mugs and brushes then you will not want to miss out on owning this fine set. What an exceptional find and all complete this celluloid shaving box is. - SOLD
