Victorian cylinder music box that has a decorative label that reads, 'Peerless Forte - Piccolo - Orpheus - Baldwin & Gleason Co. N.Y. 1887'. On the cylinder recorder player it is signed, 'B.J. Cooke's Sons - Philadelphia - Patented Sept. 22, 1885, Dec 6, 1887, Mar 8, 1888, and D.R.P. 33516'. The cylinder player is stored in a fancy oak case. The oak case measures 21 3/4" x 12 1/4" and is 8 1/2" high. The antique cylinder music cabinet is in working condition. We have one cylinder however the label reads that 'Any number of cylinders can be obtained for this box.' There is a change or repeat lever on the player and  there are six different songs on this cylinder when looking at the number on the lever. This is a beautiful working Victorian music box that would make an exceptional addition to any fine antique collection. - SOLD
