This is a John Deere Book hard cover book with 250 pages of helpful information. This book is titled, 'The Operation, Care and Repair of Farm Machinery' the Twenty First Edition. On the inside of the book the pages read, 'With the compliments of John Deere, Manufacturer of Quality Farm Equipment for Over a Century'. This book was published by John Deere. In this book you will find, 'Power on the Farm', 'Preparation of the Seedbed', 'Planting', 'Cultivating', 'Harvesting', and 'Soil Fertility'. I cannot find a publishing date on this book, however looking at the photos of the John Deere machines and tractors that are photographed I would estimate that this book dates to around the 1940's. This is a hard cover book that measures 7 3/4" x 5 1/4". If you are a collector of John Deere then you will not want to miss adding this piece to your own personal collection.  - SOLD
