W235C  Victorian Walnut Gentleman's Tie and Hat Holder Rack

This is a unique Victorian walnut wall hanging gentleman's hat and tie storage rack. Notice that in the center of this item there is needle point art work insert that has a dog done with very small brown, black, white and silver beads. The rest of the needlework insert is done with thread for a floral wreath that encircles the dogs head. Another unusual feature is that on the end of all of the walnut knobs there is porcelain tips. The measurements of this Victorian piece are 12 3/4" diameter and the hooks for the hats come out 6 1/2" from the wall, while the tie pegs are 2 3/4" deep. Note that on the backside of the holder one can see that there is an old repair that has been attached with a metal brace to support the walnut round ring. This is an unusual and unique quality piece of Victorian furnishing that you will not want to miss adding to your own personal collection. -SOLD
