This is a wonderful double Wedding Ring Quilt. This quilt is in exceptional condition probably never washed. This quilt was purchased here in Dawson County from the Paul Givens estate. The backing on the quilt is a solid pink color with the front of the quilt having the same color of pink featured throughout the quilt in block squares and the binding around the edge is this same pink shade. Wonderful 1 1/4″ wide pieces of multi-colored fabric comprise the ‘rings’ on this quilt. The quilting in this quilt is approximately 8 stitches per inch. The quilting design has been done in a scrolling pattern and very eye catching. The size of this quilt is 87″ x 86″. This quilt would make an excellent addition to any fine antique quilt collection, and what wonderful colors this would add to any room décor which you might choose to display it in.
