Antique Oak Counter Top Showcase – Pepsin Chewing Gum

This is a counter-top curved display case from the days of the old country or general store. It is made of oak and curved glass. The front glass is curved and is etched on the inside, it reads: J.P. PRIWLEY’S / CALIFORNIA FRUIT AND PEPSIN / CHEWING GUM. It has a hinged door on the back which is mirrored to make for a great display cabinet! The case has the original brass tag that reads: J. RISWIG / 208 & 210 RANDOLPH ST. / CHICAGO’. The frame is oak.  Measures 9 1/2″ tall, 18 1/2″ wide and 12 1/2″ deep. Circa 1900.
