This is a great cross collectible piece of bronze. This plaque is World War I related, Independent Order of Odd Fellows connection, as well as being a great piece of bronze. This Odd Fellows memory plaque has listed names of men from the East Liverpool Lodge 379 I.O.O.F. who served God and their country in World War I. The plaque has the dates 1917 and 1918 World War. The names listed are: Joseph P. Bancroft, Frank L. Given, Clyde V. Hall, Martin Brozka, Jr., Walter Given, Meyer Reich, Andrew S. Price, John T. Burns, Willard Smith, Harrold A. Porter, William T. Bickerton, Wilber Earl, John J. Shawke, Charles D. Zeder, Clarence G. Wilson, Chester A. Brenner, William G. Myler, and Minton H. Smith. 
The size of this plaque is 18″ x 24″ with a raised border edge 1″ thick. –
