Antique Schlitz Malt Liquor on the Rocks Electric Advertising Sign Lights Up – 1964

All original advertising sign for ‘Schlitz Malt Liquor on the Rocks’ beer advertising sign whichs dates to 1964. Notice the bull figure done in an art deco design on center of this lighted sign. Also notice the glass with the ice and the beer depicted, for the on the rocks effect. This sign measures 25 1/2″ long and is 12 1/2″ wide by 2 3/4″ thick. This sign is marked, ‘Form M-24 Jos. Schlitz Brewing, Co. Milwaukee, Wis. – 1964.’ On the backside there is several labels since this is an electric sign. One states this is a union made sign, ‘International Union of Electric Radio, and Machine works.’ There is also a label for NPI – ‘Neon Products Incorporated’.
