Antique Scrappy Bank Mint in the Box Dated 1935

Exceptional find is this all original Scrappy Bank which is still in the original storage box and the bank is still wrapped in the original wrapping. Also in the box there is a Scrappy Thrift Official Membership card and attached pin. The card reads, ‘This is to certify (insert your name) is the owner of a Scrappy bank and is a member of the Scrappy Thrift Club has pledged to save and is entitled to wear the membership button. Signed Scrappy.’ On the outside of the box it is marked, C.P.C. 1935′. This box measures 4″ x 3 3/4″. The bank is complete with key and black plastic stand. On the underside of the stand it reads, ‘Zell Products Corp. – New York – Made in U.S.A.’.
