Antique Yard Long Print Six Stages of Love

This is an exceptional all original yard long that depicts scenes of progression of a young lady’s love. There is six different scenes and each one is titled. The first is called, ‘The Proposal’, The Trousseau’, ‘The Wedding’, ‘The Honeymoon’, ‘The First Evening In Their Own Home’, and the last scene is titled, ‘Their New Love’. Very detailed scenes for each phases, and the prints are signed by their maker, ‘Reinthal & Newman Pubs., N.Y.’. The prints are original to the frame and notice the detailed scrolling vine type carving around the frame’s edge for an excellent complementing look. Wrote in pencil on the cardboard backing someone in pencil has wrote, ‘Gehaus – Wedding gift – Sept. 1915.’ This frame measures 22″ x 6 1/2″ and is approximately 3/4″ thick at the highest point. What a wonderful old print that still speaks of so much truth still today! –
