Antique Set of Six Oak Arm Chairs – These are great chairs from a Masonic Lodge in Jackson, Illinois. They have the barrel back that forms into the shaped arms. Note the fine spindles in the back. Seat is extra thick and has good support spindles on the underside. There is a furniture tag that reads Phoenix Chair Company, Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Measures 33″ Height, 17″ between the arms, the seat is 18″ height to floor. These chairs often came from public buildings, banks, lawyers or other professional offices. Circa 1900.
