Atlas Tires Tin Advertising Sign Tire Holder Bracket with Original Paper Cover

This is an old tin advertising sign for Atlas Tires which also serves as a tire display as you place an actual tire in between the wire frame that holds the advertising Atlas signs. Another unique feature is that these signs were apparently never used as there is still the original paper sleeve which these signs were shipped to the tire store in, as the paper covers read; ‘Spring Type Single Tire Holder – Bates Metal Products of Port Washington, Ohio’ There is detailed instructions of how to properly insert the tire into this wire advertising holder. The advertising sign portion of this holder measures 13″ wide at the bottom and 11″ wide at the tops. The signs are marked, ‘Reg. Trade Mark, Atlas Supply Co’. When the signs are inserted on the wire frame it measures 13 3/4″ wide by 10″ deep and stands 9 3/4″ high. While the paper sleeve is approximately 14″ wide.
